Cookbook Brochures for Distribution

information and a description of "Cooking for David: A Culinary Dialysis
Cookbook" for use in your dialysis center or practice.
"Cooking for David" is a renal diet teaching tool as well as a 160 recipe
culinary dialysis cookbook. It is filled with nutritional guidance, meal
planning tools, menus and practical food information. It also contains a
section on food concerns and best food choices at the beginning of each recipe
chapter. The recipes are designed to please patients and their entire
family. I really believe it will give your patients and their caregivers
additional tools to better understand and achieve the goals of renal medical
nutrition therapy.
